Urgent Prescriptions
I have ran out of my medication - can I have an urgent prescription?
Due to the increasing numbers of patients requesting their prescription on an urgent basis, the practice has needed to instate an urgent prescription policy.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked at least once a year to review these; certain medication may require more regular review. A notification message should appear on your repeat prescription slip when one is due.
You may be contacted by the pharmacy team by SMS or on the phone and may be asked to book in for a blood test with the phlebotomist or to provide an up to date blood pressure or weight management
