Book an Appointment

Book an Appointment using our online triage system.

To request a general appointment, click on the green ‘Start Now’ button below. This is the quickest and easiest way to obtain an appointment using our smart triage tool which offers more patient choice and availability by offering you the right appointment with the right clinician first time.

START NOW

If you cannot or do not wish to use the online option, you can call or visit the practice. Our phone number is: 01273 431031. Your request will still be prioritised using our smart triage tool but our staff will assist you through the process.

There are some routine/repeat appointments that cannot be requested using the online option. These are listed below and you should contact the practice by phone or in person to arrange these:

  • Nursing appointments including blood tests, cervical screening, vaccinations and injections
  • Post natal appointments and 6-8 week baby checks
  • HRT review appointments
  • Contraceptive review appointments
  • Coil fittings, replacements and removals
  • Pessary appointments
  • Joint injection appointments
  • Housebound patiets needing a home visit
  • Non-NHS/Insurance Work

If you require an interpreter or other type of support at your appointment, please also contact us in person or by phone rather than using the online booking option.

It is not currently possible to use our smart triage booking system through the NHS App  However, this is currently in development so keep an eye out for further updates. You can continue to use the NHS app to view your patient record and request your repeat prescriptions. If you don’t yet have access, we recommend that you sign up as it is very useful!

Pharmacy & Self-Care

Pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals who can offer clinical advice, over the counter medicines and their use, to effectively and safely manage a range of minor health concerns. They can also help you to decide whether you'll need to see a doctor. You don't need an appointment and you won't even be asked to make a purchase. Every pharmacy also has a private consultation area for you to talk about your symptoms in private if you prefer.
