Portslade Health Centre will be closed for essential staff training on the afternoon on Thursday 14th April 2016 between 12.30pm and 6.30pm.
During this time if you require some medical advice, please call NHS 111 by dialling 111. This service is free from landlines and most mobiles. You can also visit a pharmacist for advice with minor ailments. Alternatively, the Brighton Station Walk-in Centre in Queen's Road Brighton is open from 8am to 8pm every day.

CQC REPORT 2015
The Practice is delighted to announce that we have received an overall 'Good' rating from the Care Quality Commission inspection which took place in September this year. The Practice was also rated as 'Outstanding' in the Well-led category.
We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

From 31st March 2016 all GP Practices are required to declare the mean earnings (eg average pay) for GP’s working to delivery NHS services to patients at each Practice.
The average pay for GP’s working for 2 months or more in Portslade Health Centre Medical Practice in the last financial year was £49,559.00 before Tax and National Insurance.
This is for 6 full-time, 4 part-time and 2 locum GP’s
