If you are on regular medication,
your doctor may arrange for you to
obtain your prescriptions without
having an appointment. You will
receive a computer print-out listing
all your medication attached to your
prescription which you must tear off
and keep to order your next month’s
supply.
To order you can:
- Tick which items you
require on your print-out and
post your request in the box
provided on the reception desk.
- Send your request with a
stamped addressed envelope to
the surgery and allow one week
for us to return it to you.
- Order online via Emis
