Out of hours please call 03000 24 24 24. Your call will be
handled by South East Health.
The doctor may be able to offer you
advice over the telephone. If the
doctor feels that you need to be
examined, you will normally be asked
to attend the Primary Care Centre.
This is generally based at one of
the hospital premises.
Patients whose condition is so
serious that they are completely
unable to travel will receive a home
visit, or the doctor may arrange for
an ambulance to attend.
If you require medical advice when
the surgery is closed you should
contact NHS Direct on 0845 4647
or
www.nhs.uk
In a serious emergency dial 999.
