Your medical reports may be viewed by doctors, nurses and administrative staff within the practice. All those viewing your notes are bound by strict confidentiality rules. In addition inspection visits to verify accuracy and quality of record keeping by the Primary Care Trust and by Kent, Surrey and Sussex Deanery may occur annually and may involve viewing some aspects of patient records. If you do not wish your records to be viewed by people from outside the practice please let the Assistant Practice Manager know, preferably in writing.
